To fulfill on the promise of being a truly product-first company requires a strategy to help employees understand what that means. It needs to be outlined at the company level, at the department level, and at the individual employee level.

Defining what “product-first” means internally and then outlining what behaviors will help employees deliver on that promise is a helpful strategy to put in place to ensure everyone not only knows what it means but how to deliver on it.
